I photographed this scene on my fall 2025 trip to Zion National Park. I’ve long admired the festive color of these shrubs that often line the washes in Zion National Park. During the spring and summer months, they are bright green and blend in with the rest of the desert foliate, but each fall their circular erupt into a festive display.
